Korean Future Tense of Verbs –(으) ㄹ 거예요

This pattern is used to express a future plan or intention and means the same as ‘will’ or ‘is going to' in English.

It is formed by adding -(으) ㄹ 거예요 to the stems of verbs. - ㄹ 거예요 is used when the verb stem ends in ㄹ or a vowel, and -을 거예요 is used when the verb stem ends in a consonant.

Example:

보다 + - ㄹ 거예요 -> 볼거예요

받다 + -을 거예요  -> 받을 거예요
